I’m an ICF accredited coach, certificated by LSE in Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science and with a BSc in Management (and maths! Less useful to you).

I have years of senior management experience and have supported clients at senior manager and director level across industries and sectors including finance, social care, marketing, property development, charity and consultancy.

I use a combination of parts work, pure coaching, behavioural science, thought partnership, and a diverse array of recommended resources from the ecology of my own sense making in response to your needs. 

I’m especially skilled at supporting inclusive cultures, for example:

  • Difficult conversations, delivery and receipt of critique

  • Embracing dissent and conflict navigation

  • Building self belief with marginalised individuals

  • Mentoring leaders with systemic privileges towards more equitable approaches

 

my approach

1:1 Coaching or Mentoring With Employees

When I coach someone from an organisation, there’s typically a focus around developing a particular skillset (e.g., navigating difficult conversations/ conflict/ self advocacy/ boundaries/ feedback delivery) 

Or

The coaching has a more holistic scope like building self belief and is oriented towards a particular goal, e.g., a promotion or performance milestone. 

My 1:1 work is agile and responsive so don’t hesitate to enquire if you think we would be a good fit to work together on something not specified here.

Coaching generally takes place over a minimum of 6 one hour sessions, with my written reflections and recommendations to follow. My experience suggests that fortnightly is the optimal frequency for most people. Bundles of 6 sessions are charged to the Organisation at £900.

 

Workshops

If you’re observing that your team are finding difficulties in any relational processes

e.g., giving and receiving feedback, embracing dissent to support innovation & inclusion, self advocacy), I would love to draw from my existing body of work to create a bespoke solution for the shape, size and context of your team and culture.

This work is priced after a free consultation where I learn more about your needs.
