Irene Carson is the Managing Director of Rethink Partners, a unique transformation agency providing solutions for the health and social care sectors. It was an absolute treat to support her, and to observe her commitment to becoming even more of herself.

Over three months, Keri Jarvis worked in an insightful and integrated way with me that brought instant benefit to myself and my work.

She quickly understood my personal situation and my business, meaning she became a source of support for both me, and by association, my business partner.

She’s part enabler, part critical friend, part provocateur. She managed to time her prompts, questions, advice and tools for just the right moment – helping create the right conditions for positive transformation personally and professionally.

Keri is generous with her time and energy; timely with her support and encouragement – and compassionate with her challenge.

In 2020, I gave away a space on a short group programme to an NHS worker- that person was Kirstie Pinheiro, and I’m so glad it worked out that way. It has been so brilliant getting to know her.

I won a competition for Keri’s Audacity: The Expansion course during the 2020 lockdown. In an alternate universe in which I didn’t work with Keri, I wonder if I’d have made such an important decision in my business.

Every session was like a soulful pep talk. Keri covered powerful topics with empathy and honesty. Her knowledge, alongside a community of like-minded women, provided so much value.

Above all, it’s clear that Keri wants the best for the women she works with. I love Keri’s openness, she is someone to trust. At the end of the 6 weeks I felt empowered and ready to start living a life more on my terms.

If you resonate with Keri’s philosophy and message, then you absolutely won’t regret working with her!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Rebecca Caution in a couple of formats over the past couple of years. She is a Holistic Life and Business Coach, supporting changemakers to create impact with intergrity, and thrive. And I’m so grateful for these words…

“When I took part in the Thrive challenge I threw myself into it completely. I still don’t quite know why. I’d seen Keri speak at a Mothers Meeting event a few months before and loved it, so I signed up when I saw an ad despite having no real idea what I’d signed up for.

At that time, I was temporarily living with my parents with my two kids (stresssss); had recently been made redundant from a job I hated; was chronically sleep deprived; full of resentment for my partner; home all the time with an 18 month old and a 4.5 year old running me ragged; feeling like a shitty mum because I couldn’t contort myself into someone who was satisfied with my lot. I knew I wanted to start my own business – I had started my own business – but also knew I hadn’t found “the thing” yet. And I was far from thriving.

If someone had told me then that my life now would be so very different, and so very close to what I dared to imagine when I started working with Keri, I wouldn’t have believed it. The suggestion would probably have filled me with rage, it felt so far away from the reality I was living day-to-day.

When I signed up to the group programme and 1:1 with Keri, it felt exciting, but very nerve-wracking. There was a lot riding on it. It felt great to invest in myself in a way I hadn’t done in a very long time or maybe ever. But I really wanted it to pay off. It felt a big stretch.

Now – one year later – I don’t really know how to put into words how transformative the experience of working with Keri has been. She’s helped me throw off all the bullshit conditioning about what it means to be a mother, a wife and a female and to find the version of me who was always there, waiting for some kind of permission to be myself; to ask for what I need, expect to get it and know I deserve it; to take risks and live life fully.

Through Keri’s incredible programme, membership and the total rock-solid support of having her in my pocket for three months of 1:1, I’ve found unshakeable self-belief. I know who I am, I know what I want and – above all – I know I’m fully supported. You can’t put a price on that and I feel endlessly grateful. Not only for the transformation she’s facilitated in my life, but what I get to witness every single day in the communities she cultivates – women supporting and championing each other, finding themselves, and having the audacity to make their dreams a reality. She’s a bloody inspiration frankly. Her intelligence, her passion, her strength and her empathy knows no bounds and I really can’t rate her more highly. ⠀

Buy all of her things and give her all the money forever and ever. Amen.”

(Rebecca is a joker, like me. You can keep most of your money, and you don’t need all my stuff- I can help you work out which bits of it might be good for you).

Working with Holly as she transitioned from running her successful storytelling club, alongside her long term copywriting biz, to being the author of a completely unique category of children’s books. Her range, picture-this books, support NACOA UK, making a difference in the lives of children living in really challenging circumstances.

Keri Jarvis is a superhuman.

I first met Keri at one of her 1-day workshops in January 2019. I can’t lie, it was weird. I spent the first couple of hours thinking I’d stepped straight into some peculiar coven. Many of the other women at the workshop already knew each other and had been mentored by Keri for months. I felt daunted, uncomfortable and totally out of place. Who were these crazily open women, why were they all talking so fervently about their desires, boasting about their talents and chirping on so merrily about their hopes for the future and the difference they were going to make?! And don’t get me started on those cringey live videos I kept seeing in my newsfeed! Who did this lot think they were?

HOWEVER, there was something about the workshop itself and the things that we unpicked in such a short space of time, that made me stick with it.

Fast forward a year, and I have completed both the 3-month Thrive program and a 3-month 1-1 Thrive & Shine with Keri.

In that time, I have written and published the first in a series of children’s books and made pivotal decision, after pivotal decision in both my business and home life. Keri has also guided and supported me through some genuinely horrible experiences. I feel more content than ever, and I am toasting one success after another.

I can’t praise Keri highly enough. She is no nonsense and hard-hitting; but her advice is always honest, fair and carefully considered. It also comes from a place of sincere kindness and empathy. I usually hate taking advice or receiving criticism (I’m working on that!), so having Keri as an impartial coach has been invaluable in every aspect of my development. When you work with Keri you enjoy a totally unique relationship that you can’t find anywhere else. It’s different to confiding in friends, colleagues, family or a partner. I can’t tell you the number of times my husband has tried to give me work advice and I’ve literally wanted to punch him in the face. And I’m not the punchy type. Working with Keri is different; she’s awesome and all that, but it’s ultimately a business transaction. With life-changing consequences.

As for those crazy ladies who I met at that very first workshop, I am very proud to say that I’m now one of them myself. If you’ve got a problem with that, take it from me, you need Keri in your life.

If you’re up for a bit of viewing, here’s a video, including short testimonials, from the first Retreat I hosted in 2019.

Next up, I’m sharing Debbie Lee‘s reflections on our work together. She is a Balance Coach for Mums, supporting career success and personal boundaries.

Working with Keri has been an absolutely fantastic experience. What I took away from my time in the mastermind group massively exceeded my expectations. I achieved both tangible business goals as well as mindset shifts that have been invaluable. Keri is dedicated to supporting those she works with and goes above and beyond to ensure that the experience is as valuable and transformative as it possibly can be. Her passion and energy for what she does shines through. I thrived off being part of a community of passionate, motivated and ambitious female entrepreneurs. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Keri and will look forward to doing so again.

Introducing Emma Huggett of Monty’s Play Hub Fame. Emma is a Child- led Parental Guide. She’s a former teacher, and current homeschooler, sharing a Montessori approach with parents.

Working with Keri on and off for the last two years has completely changed my outlook on life as a whole, not just in my work. I went from being a lost mum, unsure where I fit into society and where my passion was, to launching a growing business.

She’s always been completely honest, supportive and encouraging. She has listened to me whine and moan and celebrated my wins with me too! Since working with Keri I have made some massive scary decisions which have paid off hugely! I cannot thank you enough for the support you have given me over the last couple of years! I doubt I would be where I am without the push you gave me to live into my purpose and claim my dream life.
